The Quality of our Services

In order to ensure the quality of our services at the Home, we are committed to obtaining the accreditation of our services in a continuous quality improvement approach. The services we offer are accredited by Accreditation Canada. Additionally, and similarly to other Quebec establishments, our establishment receives visitors from the Ministry of Health and Social Services. As required, following these visits, an improvement plan is developed and a follow-up is done to maintain the quality of care and services.
